UDPATE (NOW LIVE!) Game has been patched according to user suggestions:

- Battles now run significantly faster.
- Block can only be used twice on your bar, but the cool down has been decreased.
- Paladin's Shield now has a much longer cool down.
- Rock Golems can no longer use Suppression. Health decreased, damage increased.
- Blade Shaman's heals now have a larger cool down, and he can no longer regen focus.
- All the audio is now in sync with the subtitles.
- You can now Re-Spec 5 times a day instead of once.
- Veradux's "Re-Energize" ability now only applies a buff that restores 10 focus per turn, so when he casts it on a target with full focus, you still get 90% of the benefit.

Noted Criticism (But will not be updated for Sonny):

- More sound controls
- Manual control over AI
- Item bug in inventory
- Smarter AI
- More animation variety
- Better storyline
- Non linear gameplay
- Better Cutscenes
- Better AI

Krinn responds:

That DOES get annoying... Can you recommend a fix? I'm not sure what to do about that, but it is true for a lot of games, as well as a lot of other things in life. I suppose I can make the outcome of the fight be decided sooner, or make fights shorter.

Ive played alot of Rpgs, and...

I loved the graphics and story line, and I also had to appreciate the Turn Based Combat system...but somethings I noticed that I wanted to make notice of:

The fact that well...I'd think a Turn Order Bar would be awesome, help others realize the penalty of doing some moves over others. Also have those who like to plan out, a way to strategically work out the battle - Since there's alot of stages.

Lastly, the final boss seemed more of the type of boss u'd have to truly plan ahead - I'm not saying it was impossible, but if a natural gamer who played the game straight through once, it'll be kinda hard for them to get the game finished without dying since it seemed alot of Luck Based in alot of battles. I'm not trying to Rant here, so ill finish it with this - Try to expand on the battle itself rather then graphics and i'm sure you'll get a more positive attitude from players.

Keep Making and ill keep playing.

Really really good game.

I loved this game, in fact I've been playing it NON STOP for like the past day O_o

There were a few major issues, though. First of all, the plot was just terrible. The zombie thing was a cool idea, but the lack of storyline dragged it down. The last 4 teammates you find have absolutely NO introduction to them, and the first time I saw Amber I was like "wtf? who's this girl" and my question was never answered. The game ended too quick, both story-wise and gameplay-wise, and it almost seemed like this game was incomplete, especially at the end. Oh, the voice acting made me cringe haha, the graphics were okay (some cool effects, though), and the music was repetitive :(

***Here's a GREAT tip (and a bug that I found) for people who suck at the tough bosses, I call it the "super shield" trick. Basically, you can get a shield that allows you to be invincible for 8 turns! Here's how you do it:

You'll need rank 1 Block (as the further ranks seemingly do nothing extra) and any rank of Intervention (mine was like 3, but I don't think it matters what rank you have).

In a battle, cast block on yourself (you can do this at any time, but start it when you feel you need the super shield the most). Next, cast intervention on yourself within TWO turns (before block runs out). Now you'll have a shield that lasts 8 turns, heals yourself every turn, and you don't take damage! You can also do this trick on any teammates that cast block on themselves, just cast intervention on them to make them invincible!***

Geat game, but...

I'm dropping 2 stars because, despite the note saying the game's running "significantly faster", the battles are still unbarabely slow.

What? It's over?

I feel like this game is unfinished. Just because I was playing and expecting more when it did end. I was hoping there was more to customizing the characters. The only thing that seemed to piss me off was my party member's AI. Maybe next time you'll let us control them?
