UDPATE (NOW LIVE!) Game has been patched according to user suggestions:

- Battles now run significantly faster.
- Block can only be used twice on your bar, but the cool down has been decreased.
- Paladin's Shield now has a much longer cool down.
- Rock Golems can no longer use Suppression. Health decreased, damage increased.
- Blade Shaman's heals now have a larger cool down, and he can no longer regen focus.
- All the audio is now in sync with the subtitles.
- You can now Re-Spec 5 times a day instead of once.
- Veradux's "Re-Energize" ability now only applies a buff that restores 10 focus per turn, so when he casts it on a target with full focus, you still get 90% of the benefit.

Noted Criticism (But will not be updated for Sonny):

Super Final Thought: So many reviews are coming in now! I can't get around to answering everything like I used to be able to... I still read and note ALL reviews and criticism though, but if you want to hear answers from me directly best ask me in the forum where I can answer to batches of people at once, and other people can answer your questions too.

A good game but...

I have to say you have created an entertaining, well animated flash RPG. However, I'm not so sure this deserves 2nd best flash in the entire portal. It is minorly glitchy, many things don't act they way they seem, your computer ally seems to make choices almost at random, and surviving later in the game requires massive amount of grinding.

You definitely have the right idea here. You just need to give me more ways to develop my character besides the relatively linear talent tree.

One last note: Playing as an Assassin, I had 70 Speed and 50 Strength, with Level 2 Master Strike and Level 2 Smash. Despite this, I consistently did more damage with Smash than Master Strike. Doesn't make much sense, does it?

I like it! ^^

but what really irks me is the fact that I cannot control my partners....WHY?!

They do the stupidest attacks and heal all at the wrong times. If you simply put the player's in won't have to worry about programing smarter Ai buddies....

Also...when it comes to purchasing armor and weapons...could you specify which armor piece is for which type of fighting class....sometimes it will say...other times it does How was I suppost to know that an assassian could not use a shield....I wasted my money. :(

Perhaps this title would be good for the wii....I'll bet some Wii movements can be incorporated with the schematics of the game.

I'm in the same boat as "snbreal", third zone.. up against the uber zombie dude and he's just killing off my healer and then the paladin dude... leaving me to deal about 10,000 damage to him... bearing in mind I hit like 200 - 300. All the while he dishes out nasty physical attacks and i'm getting -60 odd from the poison on each turn too.

Sounds like a problem in the game me thinks, I can't level up by "training" as I can kill the standard dudes with about 2 hits and I get teeeeeny tiiiiiny percentage boosts from them. So why is the boss on this level so hard? Surely the paladin shouldn't keep dying off? I even give him an aggression boost to do more damage... but sure as shit, he gets killed eventually.

Still, with this said... it is a cracking game. Keep the difficulty curve in mind for the next one though. Piss easy training onto brick wall boss fight = bad.

I created this account just to review this game

I'll start off with the good notes, the graphics are good for the size of the game, the upgrades and leveling system are great. I haven't gotten far enough into the game to see the point of the main character being a zombie, no big deal it hasn't effected the gameplay. Now here is where my issue lies, the RNG if this game uses that is pretty one sided, I found the class I chose complements the first teammate well to a degree, the issue is that if there is a RNG in play I must have been totally raped by it. I found in many of the 3rd level fights my healer was being attacked most of the time, being that I chose a "tank" type class I did very little tanking. It got so bad I had to gear him strictly for certain fights, that was until I ran into magic users and melee at the same time (most notably the 3rd level bosses), so one way or another he was going to take huge hits.

My suggestion is to possibly use an aggro system or at least give the player more control over teammates, it's tough watching your healer with 300 health take a 150+80+50 damage, then instead of them healing themself they throw on a focus regen or some other wasted spell.

Really other than the serious focus fire my healer was taking for whatever reason combined with his low health and occasional stupidity I found the game enjoyable.

hehe, very good job out there and also the sync with the audio very well done, well dunno what to say, I could possibly say more if i Didn't get stuck at the last fight in the 3rd zone, but however the storyline so far drived me to play, but i got stuck... well that's it... and oh!
i got stuck... :P
