Interesting Premise

The whole idea is kind of ludicrous, with the ability to freely manipulate atoms (in a totally free and unrestricted definition such as episode 1's) in such a small package, with an (apparently) unlimited power supply is essentially having the power of God. There's no reason they had to try to negotiate with the criminal, they could have simply manipulated a few grams of anything around him to near-light speeds and killed him instantly, OR reduced him to air, or lime jell-o, or '68 corvette, you get the idea... Also, the whole drama and over-acted voices are kind of cheesy, I can almost see that the characters want to speak in Japanese so this could simply be a badly-dubbed kung-fu flick.
The whole idea behind it is pretty cool, i guess, but delivery is ridiculous, the animation is sub-par, the dramatic music is overdone, and the voice acting is cheeser than a block of cheesy cheese.

weak

dude the way you described the device in episode 1 was awesome but if it has the power to move atoms freely then you could control someones body by controling the atoms within it. you wouldn't have a need to create weapons you could rip someones heart out or break there neck or something. the story line is pretty good but all i can think about is how quickly the cop could just remove the guys trigger finger with "The device". you need more depth
animation was fine
