This is my first submission to newgrounds!
It took me about 10 hours to put together...
It isn't the best i can do but i really wanted to submit something so i could put myself out there...
If you don't think it is that great then i would really love some constructive criticism!
If you do like it then thank you very much for your support!
And if you really like it then why not send me some suggestions on the next rule for handling fuzzy? If i like your idea you'll get a mention in the credits!
I really hope i can be warmly welcomed into the world of newgrounds...
But if you didn't like this so much you may like the project that i have been working whilst making fuzzy!
It's called atm and it has lots of action and stars the character i created named blu!
I will hopefully finish that in a couple of weeks so until then!
PEACE OUT,
Pariah

*Update*
Okay upon reading the reviews that were given (which i appreciate) i see there are a few things i need to point out!
1. Quite a few comments were made about the lip syncing... It has been done on purpose because of my laziness!
2. Someone said something about me having to learn to draw the human form better... it's a cartoon character... therefore the human form isn't really necessary because you can tell he's human right?
3. I know that this isn't a very good flash! the more i watch it the more i realise how much better i could have done... but i just wanted to submit something...

So thats about it from me,
Pariah

Not bad

Though your drawings and animation are pretty good, but there are some flaws with the presentation, overall. For starters, the flash as a whole just moved too slow for my taste. With a funny flash like this, sometimes it has a better effect when the punchline is delivered quickly.
Also, the lip syncing was quite bad. I know you mentioned it in the author comments, but it is something I would address, if I were you.
Overall, this has some pretty sweet potential to be a great series, if you're willing to put some more work into it. Keep it up!

slow

very slow moving, animation was not very smooth either

Nice, is it becomeing a series?

You lost 2 stars on smoothness and graphics... Practice that.

There's potential.

You need a lot of practice with drawing the human body in flash. As well, a bit of work on synching up animation with audio(I.E. the ranger's mouth) would help. Other than that, it wasn't too bad. The inherent humor value in someone being mauled by a bear keeps this one afloat.

To summate, not bad. But the artistic quality, which you admit you can do better than, puts this firmly in the 'average' category.

...Work on syncing

Ok... well... what can I say? It wasn't very good.

1. Please make some real music for the start! Using your voice only works if you have credit.

2. I'm sure that when -I- talk I don't move my lips when I break.

3. 10 hours? If you really want to make it out there then spend at least one week on it! The drawing were pretty bad, too.
