Play through 5 different games, all connected as one in this Christmas extravaganza of a game.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you all, we present this game as our present to you.

****If the game LAGS, press "q" to change the quality (in game only)****

UPDATE v1.1! Made a small adjustment to the trophies menu so you can see what you need to do to earn a trophy, just rollover the ? (also grayed out the ? icon)

Can you earn all the trophies? That's the real challenge of the game. It saves the ones you earn though, so don't feel obligated to earn them all in one sitting (Although you need to play the game all in one sitting, you can pause by pressing "p")

I recommend lowering the quality if you're on a slower computer. Press 'q' in game.

This is my first big AS3 game. It was both a pain and a joy to code.

Enjoy, and Merry Christmas.

That was one of the more awesome games i've EVER played! And perhaps i'm biased cos i LOVE Tchaikovsky, but i think not. Most of the people who are gonna take the time to play it through are gonna love it. The only thing that could have been better - In the 2nd lvl, the parachute thing, you have these red orbs whose teeth clatter. It would've been SO awesome if their teeth clattered with the rhythm of the music. Other than that, LOVED it. Make some more like this, perhaps on "Die Zauberflute" by W. A. Mozart (That's The Magic Flute, or Papageno, as it's more widely known). I'd love to see what you'd be able to do with THAT one :D

Kudos to you man.

"Great game!"

Firstly, absolutely gutted as I *JUST* ran out of time in the Mouse King fight as he ran out of health. Devestating.

This game is fantastic. All the different styles of gameplay fit so well together, and this is just such a joy to play. From side scrolling beat em up (yes, there is only one kind of enemy, but this is an awesome enemy) to avoiding enemies whilst using a leaf as a parachute, busting up nuts (ah, the Nutcracker finally gets to do his actual job!) riding a horse to victory avoiding walls, and finally taking on the Mouse King in a battle to the death.

I like how in a lot of your games, this one too, you match up the style of the music, and the epicness of it with what is happeneing on screen. As the music builds to a crescendo, more enemies appear at once, or in the horse stage, the walls become more and more common as the music builds, and create a pattern in time with the music.

The final fight with the Mouse King works much in the same way, as the music gets more brash and louder, so his attacks become more intense and violent. Needless to say, the music in this game is great. Clasical music may not be eberyones thing, but you HAVE to like the Nutcracker Suite!

The amount of trophies in this game makes the mind boggle, and really makes the game worth replaying to try and get them all. My main gripe is with the Leaf Blower section fo the game. The amount of enemies that appear onscreen in that is a lot harder to avoid than others, meaning you are guarenteed to get hit by at least some of them, especially when 3/4 different enemy types appear at once.

Still, this is perfectly realised Christmas themed game, with some great gameplay and graphics. Another small point I fogot to mention was the preloader, it looked fantastic as it slowly formed itself. This game is great, and well worth your time.
