No effort, at all. You could at least photoshop, or get someone else to photoshop, the cars and the characters too look good. Get better audio, as well. I'd rethink this whole Caruto idea, and just look at some tutorials until your better.
I could do better with animating, but this is the style chosen for Caruto and I rather like it
