"Art in Motion!"

It's rare to see a good sprite animator. But "good" does not seem to be an adequate word. This is pure genius, here! you work in perspective angles, depth, and your animation breathes life into two-dimensional clusters of pixels. You associate moves and frames with actions they never would have been associated with before. My favorite example is in episode 2 where Sonic is jumping from one boulder to another. Only a select few times does he ever curl into a ball to jump. That, my friend, is genius. It takes an absolute artist to think outside boxes that decades of nostalgia have placed over our heads. If you don't have one yet, I'd say a career in animation is yours should you choose it. You'd certainly have my support!
Another thing you do I love is you manipulate the sprites so they undulate and breath. I have seen so many animators attempt that and end up butchering the sprites in the process. There is one series right here on NG that has beautiful art direction, poetry in its writing... and completely massacred sprites... YOU, on the other hand, do not have that problem. Your sprites don't just move, they dance.
The voice acting is good as well. The characters have believable emotion, great delivery, and with only two or three exceptions in lines I've seen, great enunciation. If the characters are panicking in the script, the actors do a fantastic job panicking themselves.
Ordinarily, I loath the Dragonball Z styled powerups, but you actually got Sonic to powerup in an emotional way. There was a trigger (Tails getting attacked) and I felt Sonic's emotional reaction. I certainly like your building rage as opposed to the DBZ "AAARRRGGH!!!"
I hope I'm not insulting you by suggesting this, but it seems a lot of people want this finished. The bad reviews all seem oriented around the fact the episode is not out yet. Perhaps you might consider a fundraiser of sorts. I'd donate money to see this finished.
I actually saw this ages ago, then computer difficulties resulted in me losing the name of this masterful series. I'm lucky I found it again!
I hope I was helpful, and once again I hope I did not insult.
