This is the eighth installment of the "KR47" series. It is based on actual conversations I have had with my friend, Rob, though the conversations don't necessarily reflect actual events.
**Edit** Thanks for the front page, Tom!
Nothing hugely special...
I've watched a couple of these and thought it was about time to write a review as you're a regular poster on Newgrounds. First up, i've got to say i'm not a big fan - not to say your work is bad (because the average score disagrees with that), but it's not all that in my eyes. In terms of flash skills the animation is basic so any score i give will be solely based on audio.
The humour is there, but feels a bit bland and unoriginal to me - me and my friends talk like this A LOT about each other in jest, so from my personal perspective it feels like you've recorded a conversation and dropped in onto a still background. That said, it would work for me much better if it had the visual gags to compliment it (e.g. facial expressions, hand gestures, different perspectives), or some better voice acting. I reckon there's plenty more that could be done on screen without being too complimented that could ramp up the humour.
I'm a bit disappointed because there was a lot more potential here than was realised, but am sure they'll get even better in future.
lmao the dude on the left sounds just like my buddy. hilarious. good job
