I'm going to be perfectly honest right now. I have no clue what this is. I was watching Wild West Tech on the History channel and I had Flash up at the same time - and this just sort of drew itself. I guess the cane comes from the holiday commercial, and the hat the Wild Western idea... But no idea what this... thing initially is.
