ok, you drew a stick figure about 5 times, and looped it.... furthermore, you dubbed a song over the drawings, and when the song ended.... the drawing didn't. the premise of the skit, was for a birthday? so, if you don't get what you want you hurt your friends to get it? this really needs a lot of help to stop when the music stops and have a little bit more meaning. if this is a first attempt, keep trying, don't let me stop you, just sit back and look at what you are submitting before placing in in a public area to be judged.

"Uh.. happy birthday I geuss."

I geuss if you think about it, you always want to create somthing for a fellow, with a birthday. Although I am surprised it even is as good as it is. The intro was smooth although not relating to the actual submission, it was a pretty good intro. As for the actual flash, I would have to say that it isn't that great a submission, I mean it kept my attention for sure, even if the character looked like a penis. Overall meh, I don't know it just seems to be another one of those random, I don't care for this type of flashes.
