The music is classical music that I found on a CD and I forgot what it's called or who composed it. Anyway, this machine is designed to pop a balloon and what inspired me to create this was other Rube Goldberg machines that I saw on Flash.

Nice ideas. It would be a bit better with improved graphics and physics, and I personaly prefer rube goldberg machines that don't rely too heavily on animals, humans, and complex electronics, but overall this was pretty cool. I like the car carrying a lit match and the dropping ramps.

Author's Response:

Sorry for the huge supply of the animals, humans, and complex electronics. Flash offers so many opportunities that I feel I have to use them. But seriously, wouldn't it be incredible if someone actually made this in real life?

The art could be a little better next time, and why is that one ramp covered in gasoline? Something you forgot to implement?

Author's Response:

The ramp is covered in gasoline so that the ball will turn into a fireball when it goes up against that candle. You do know this equation, right?
Blazing Inferno = fire + gasoline

The whole idea was pretty funny - "for project ideas on how to build a Rube Goldberg balloon popper," having robots and squirrels and 923874928374 ton weights.. all leading up to the funny balloon popping ending.
