Unplayable.
A tetris game with fixed keyboard controls has no future.
You should make it available to define custom keys.

Updates and Tweaks following your suggestions. 11/09/07
- Up and Space keys have been switched
- Controls are more responsive
- Level up is a lot quicker
This version of Tetris is based on the latest installment by nintendo (Tetris DS).
As a tetris junkie, the idea of competing against the world got me glued to the latest version.
However, only having a user rating and nothing to compare that against inspired me to write
this flash version. That and the fact that most other versions dont have the latest features.
It only fair we have an up to date free flash version right?
PLEASE READ BEFORE PLAYING
The majority of pleasure in this game comes form whooping everyone else with your stats rating.
Comprehensive stats for registered users can be seen at www.pinkspanner.com/tetri s/statstable.php.
For your stats to be recorded make sure you register first. (or sign in before you play).
This can all be done within the app. If you are signed in, the "Practice" button will change to "Play".
Your every move is then monitored by the stats server.
TIP : The players with the best ratings caine the awards and abuse the hold. Make sure you read
"How To Play" and "Controls" within the app.
OTHER TIP : The Up and Space keys can be switched around once you start playing, just poke the button
near the bottom right of the screen.

the guide was convenient but asumed we're n00bs, BUT that was in practice, you need to consider that may be why, PS loved the leroy jenkins shit, that was SO FUNNY.

ok but you have a guide, only noobs use guides. Hardcore tetris players grew up playing without and that is how it should be.
