I've laughed at this song many times and I've thought of a few ways to make a video for this, so I'll compare them roughly to this one.
When you animate the narrator singing, you really do need to concentrate on what happens to the rest of the face, rather than leaving it static. When you get "Oh my god, I recognise that face!" the eyes should be showing surprise, because the guy singing was actuallt surfing the internet.
Rather than taking a screenshot of Google, why not draw your own website - they've got enough advertising, plus there's room for a joke in there as well.
When I was hearing the line "Don't break your hip," I was picturing the splintering noise as Grandpa breaking his, not the narrator falling through the floor.
Maybe with these altreations, you'll be flirting with a blue score :)

Funny thing...When he sang "Oh my god i recognize that face" a initally made his eyes becoming bigger and bigger but i didn't really get what i wanted, and the part with the hip, you're right but i was too lasy to animate grandpa again:D...
