you get audacity, measure the loop sample in milliseconds and put it in some interval.

it's entirely too short. you could easily turn this into a noir music video or something. even if the music did repeat itself, you could have the screen pan up and down, have him meet his partner or whatever, and have them do something.
otherwise it's just some epilectic legs.
i thought about it too but well, my animation skills won't let me do this. i'll try to extend it when i get some experiences.
