Personally I don't understand what you were trying to accomplish in the first place.It was pretty boring, HOWEVER! The part where the graffiti was actually being drawn was a good idea, showing it in parts like that. but still not enough to catch my attention as good art. No music? Who was the person drawing the graffiti, and why was he doing it in the first place. sorry... no good.

Ok this is not a bad Idea but a bit boring you might want to put a bit more to it, like a story or something. For an example the story could be that some one/ a group of people want to have their graffiti marks all over London. Also you might want to add a bit more action, talking (something like that) to it so it becomes more interesting now I just wanted to know what the graffiti picture was going to be and I still don't know because now I still couldn't see the train was going to fast. And add some sound and music this was just not enough.
