Take the role of a medic officer on the field, performing new-found surgical techniques. Perform four different surgeries using 11 different tools. Get your patient drunk with alcohol to numb the pain, then go at it! Similiar to Trauma Center, if you ever played those games (which I recommend :)). This game is extremely violent, so heed the several warnings please.

Tips:
*This game is processor intensive. It may lag at times, but note it'll be okay. If it isn't, then change the quality during one of your surgeries.
*The more drunk your patient is, the easier it will be to keep him alive. Get some liquor into that guy.
*Accuracy is important. Be fast but safe.
*The game has an auto-save feature, so there is no need to make it all in one go.
*Read the instructions for each surgery... you cannot move on until you finished the instructions.
*9 MB load, pardon the wait.

..the saw keeps getting stuck at the bottom of the self-healing bit :Z

wellll

its definently not the first one. but the screen you get when you fail a mission is more annoying then necessary. and the time limit gives a nice sense of urgency, but i liked the first one more because the fact that i could actually take my time with it, in this game, i often felt rushed, which does lend itself towards more realism, and farther away from fun.

First one was better

I liked the gameplay of the first one more, but found the story and the graphics better for this one. I stopped playing after my first loss because the sound when you lost hurt my ears and really pissed me off to be honest so you might wanna lower the volume on that or even change that sound. I'll again later with the volume off.

Wow, that was amazing.

That is some brutal surgery procedures there. I had to keep giving the patient some liquor to knock 'em out. LOL. This was all about perfection and quickness... I like it. I hope to see a 3rd one, I'm looking forward to it. All you need is a PAUSE button. And touch up on this game a bit.

Great Job, keep up the good work. 4/5

not bad man

hey i remeber this...i used to shurk off class work to play the first one. nice to see you made another. The graphics in this one were pretty sick (in more ways than one) the music was cool and the game was a lot more frantic than the first one which is both a good thing and a bad thing. keeping your patients drunk adds a level of urgency that the first one was lacking. unfortantly you traded that for the steady exact hand of the first one which was one of my fav parts. but i get that your in the middle of a war and have to work much faster so i can deal. my biggest complaint is that the icons on your tool bar are too small. too close together, and i would have rather them not be silloueted. Your a doctor, you should be able to see what your tools look like before you select them. so other than the clumsy tool bar interface i had a good time. keep it up.
