Take the role of a medic officer on the field, performing new-found surgical techniques. Perform four different surgeries using 11 different tools. Get your patient drunk with alcohol to numb the pain, then go at it! Similiar to Trauma Center, if you ever played those games (which I recommend :)). This game is extremely violent, so heed the several warnings please.

*This game is processor intensive. It may lag at times, but note it'll be okay. If it isn't, then change the quality during one of your surgeries.
*The more drunk your patient is, the easier it will be to keep him alive. Get some liquor into that guy.
*Accuracy is important. Be fast but safe.
*The game has an auto-save feature, so there is no need to make it all in one go.
*Read the instructions for each surgery... you cannot move on until you finished the instructions.
*9 MB load, pardon the wait.

dude.... :(

i was a fan of the first one cause of the straight forwardness. u killed my passion...
First of all in the middle of a war u dont use wisky to knock sumone out, u say "SUCK IT UP!!!" and my god there istn enough time, you run out of time cause the longer objects made it so hard to operate... sry man in my opinion u killed the game, now off to play the first XD

Good job!

To grimmjow94 -> when you press the bandage tool there an eye-like icon that appear in the top right corner press and spin around it (i'm not sure you have to press it or if you can press anywhere but that what i did and it worked)

Now to the review...

Much better than the first one that for sure! you definitly improved the graphics, and gore, and it does seem you did alot more efforts to make realistic.

Again good job, it's pretty hard but definitly worth playing!

Could have been much better

The losing noise is one of the most annoying sounds I have ever heard, specificly when I have to listen to it about 17 times each level because of several game problems that reduce time on the clock. AKA: Whiskey somehow missing the bottle, the sewing not actually sewing just showing the stiching, and the changing of objects on the fly with no insights as to what the actual tool is, the alchohol changed to wax and the game didn't say anything, what the heck was that? All in all, it could have been MUCH better.

Gory, gory fun.

So simple, yet incredibly intricate. I loved the intro to the fourth surgery; those two phrases have a gritty attitude to them. Nice work, miles above the original.
