Take the role of a medic officer on the field, performing new-found surgical techniques. Perform four different surgeries using 11 different tools. Get your patient drunk with alcohol to numb the pain, then go at it! Similiar to Trauma Center, if you ever played those games (which I recommend :)). This game is extremely violent, so heed the several warnings please.

Tips:
*This game is processor intensive. It may lag at times, but note it'll be okay. If it isn't, then change the quality during one of your surgeries.
*The more drunk your patient is, the easier it will be to keep him alive. Get some liquor into that guy.
*Accuracy is important. Be fast but safe.
*The game has an auto-save feature, so there is no need to make it all in one go.
*Read the instructions for each surgery... you cannot move on until you finished the instructions.
*9 MB load, pardon the wait.

all i gotta say is damn...
this game is pretty effin cool. i gotta say, this is the only game ive played of yours but as soon as im done writing this imma go see if u got more. seriously. this game rocks. its just got that certain quality about it..... love it. look forward to more. definately a 10

Awesome
I loved this game. It was very gory and intense, and the music was very tense. I'm still working on Town Drunk and Easter Egg.. maybe Town Drunk, you have to get the patient 100% drunk? Or keep him drunk throughout the surgery?
I dunno, but as for the dancing saw thing, I dunno if this is it, but after I used the saw it didnt cut. So I sat there wiggling the mouse back and forth and had to go through 3 more 'pain sequences', and the leg finally cut. Finished with 4% life left lol.

Wow!
This is an impressive game. I loved the music, it really set the pace and situation. The only thing I hated was that there was no tutorial but I guess that adds to the urgency so I will set it past, it was a nice element to add to the game play. Once more, this was an impressive game. It blew me away.
