Hi everyone! Long time since I submitted anything.
This is a "remake" if you will of my previous submission, The Pick of Destiny. After I got numerous reviews on that one requesting Tenacious D songs, I went ahead and made it. It was no easy thing though. I used 7 FULL Tenacious D songs. That means that the 5 minute songs are not cut to be shorter. That explains the file size.
Anyways here is a small lsit of the changes and upgrades from the last one:
- New engine
- You now hold down a key when the beat asks it.
- double beats
- Faster arrows (which means it's harder)
- Autosave function, so now if you unlock the secrets, you don't have to play all over again to get them.
- in-game replay button
- Secrets have been drastically improoved. I'm sure you guys will like them
- 1 new secret pick!
It took me about a month to make this, I have no idea why it took that long. I think it's much superior to it's predecessor. Well, that's about it. Enjoy the game, friends!

AWESOME!!!
Great rhythm game, awesome music, challenging gameplay, an overall great game. However, in some places the sync is off a bit. It mostly occures towards the end of songs, and it's very noticeable in certain places, such as the end of Beelzeboss. Other than that, though, it's an awesome game.

Prime example
This is a prime example of what a rythm game should be. Good music (Which also happens to be music never before used in a rhythm game, extra nice), fun premise, and overall, the rhythm of the notes is good. If there was any complaint, it would simply be that anyone who plays stepmania alot, would probably be able to beat this in one try. But, that is just a total nitpick. Excellent work, 10 out of 10

Pretty good.
im glad you finally made one with some TD songs
and great choices
the sync was kind of off towards the end in Beezleboss
also
i think it would be kind of awesome
if you were to put the video of them battleing the devil in the background
while playing beezleboss
but thats just my opnion

It was okay but...
But some thing that pissed me off was that you had to get it perfect so it won't break your combos and deplete your score. It is almost impossible with the kg pick because of the "too late/too early" system. If you made it so that it didn't break your combos, and said something different than that then I'd like this game. Until then I only like it for the songs.

It was ok in the sense that the story-line wasn't the worst I've ever seen and the Tenacious D songs were actually well-chosen.
BUT (and this is only my personal opinion) the sync was slightly out, you could play half the notes and still get the picks and It was just too darn easy. Apart from that, good game.
