Good, but could use improvements.
I enjoyed the graphics immensely and the well-placed use of Starcraft sound bits and other music to up the action. You're doing perfectly when it comes to that, in my opinion, so keep it up!
I would recommend trying to get better voice actors, however, as well as get your dialogue and subtitles functioning better. For example, "Zergs" is improper usage since "Zerg" functions as both a singular and plural word. The Elite High Templar who spoke as well was near impossible to understand were it not for the subtitles. In those subtitles you also seemed to randomly capitalize words that didn't need to be or place punctuation where it didn't need to go.
I'm very impressed with this though, and being a fan of Starcraft I'd love to see it finished!

i have tried
i have exsperimented, and i know the best way to get a protoss voice. you record it, turn pich to 80%, then REVERSE and add the echo while revered! then you can reverse again back to normal, you you have to add the echo while reversed, try it!
btw, thogh the voice was lacking, the grafics were amazing!

hmmm
i'm giving a 9/10 cause MARINE WEAPONS DO NOT RAPID FIRE!!
there are NO upgrades for rapidfire (except Stimpack) and even so, it IS NOT THAT FAST!! it does NOT fire like a MG does! it's a gauss rifle!

I have a really crappy computer.. but even with the lag, i can tell it was really good. I really like SC BW, i play it all the time.
