You know what I like this flash because it's original. It isn't really high quality but it's something I haven't seen before. If you brush up on you flash skills, maybe you can create better animated characters that are top drawn down for a overview perspective that is white. Also you are alright. PM if you need more help
While I can appreciate the effort you put into this it's the fact that it doesn't have any plot, or point that killed this, sorry.
The flash doesn't necessarily have to have a grandiose plot to work well, but it will bring your viewers in and get their attention a little more if you take some time to give us some backstory, even if it's just something as simple as "The dude is in the mood for a killing spree!" in bloody letters that drips across the screen.

it's straight up motion tweens, with no evident animation skills, the characters are poorly drawn with no moving limbs, they don't even walk

It's funny, but I think people write more constructive reviews if they know that they are going to get a response. Two things you could have done better: take more time on your drawings, and tell us a little bit about what's going on.

I have drawn and animated a little in flash, so I'm not just another dumbfuck reviewer who thinks they are hot shit. You need to take more time on your drawings. That thing in the dude's hand didn't look like a machete at all, it looked like an ice pick or something like that. Machetes do not have points on the end of them because they are not made for stabbing, they are made for hacking. Also, you need to work on perspective because everything looked terrible in two dimensions, though 2D can be done well.

"Needs Work"

Graphics: These were just basicly circles, yeah? Try to do more detailed designs of your characters, with better faces etc.

Style: The animation in this wasn't the best, it went rather slowly. Instead of having the whole body on a single layer, put different body parts on different layers, so that you can animate them individually, and make it look better, and smoother, with everything matching up.

Sound: You had a pretty good choice of song, that was OK. But, you may need a tiny bit of work on syncing effects and the movie, it was just a little bit off. Only a little, so don't get too crazy about it.

Violence: Pretty ordinary, which was mainly because of the not-so-high standard of animating.

Interactivity: None

Humour: Was just killing really,

Overall: Ok, so, the design needs work, as does your animating, but you have good taste in music, and your syncing isn't too bad. There are lots of tutorials etc. out there that can help you in all these categories, so you can improve =]
