The first cartoon of Levar Burton, the start of a long series of battles between network dominance, Levar's bitterness, and sexual, perverted acts.

This cartoon was submitted to the NG Portal in October 1999. Newer versions of flash might have affected its performance.

Decent, but aged now

This is a funny idea, but the execution is somewhat flawed. The random bleeping to make it sound like something rude is being said works, but then it gets overused incredibly! When you cant work out what is being said half the time because of the bleeping, you've gone too far. And I don't mean like what the bleeps are supposed to be covering, but the speech leading up to and after the bleeps is also drowned out, meaning it doesnt sound rude at all anymore.

The animation here is very basic, as is the style of 1999, but its functional. Each voice has its own unique character made for it, and the picture vaguely relates to the sotry being told.

I didnt find it that funny, just twisted and slightly deranged. But I have to give it credit for this movie because its a classic, the art and animation is pretty good for the time it was released and the jokes were fairly original so all in all a really good effort.

i find it humorous when somebody makes a show that is designed to look like a kids show and then makes it really perverted
good job

Twisted and hilarious

Definitely a classic. The simplistic animation and art doesn't really bother me, seeing as this was released over ten years ago. It's a great movie to look back on. The thing that I really like about this movie is the fact that you're a master when it comes to twisting and manipulating audio. The inclusion of censor bleeps really added to the movie and let my imagination simply run wild. Fucking timeless classic.

Its good for the time it was made in but still not great, the jokes were pretty funny but the art wasn't too great and the lip syncing was virtually none existent. Not bad but not great either.
