The first cartoon of Levar Burton, the start of a long series of battles between network dominance, Levar's bitterness, and sexual, perverted acts.
This cartoon was submitted to the NG Portal in October 1999. Newer versions of flash might have affected its performance.

As a child growing up in the 80's u gotta love it!
Just to reiterate this flash was made back when people first began playing around with flash. Hell internet wasn't even available to consumers until late 1992, and It had 125,000 text-based customers in 1995. So until around 1996 most people hadn't even used the internet at home. I didn't even have dial up until early 1997. So obviously this is low grade, duh. But it is super comical and a great effort for its time.

heh I remember reading rainbow lol. Levar where did you go? oh there you are on star trek. Animation wasn't the greatest, but it was funny, and considering this was 1999 it's good for that time period.
