4.25 / 5.00 47,928 ViewsCongrats to Letronimo, for being the first user to beat my own highscore!
Look, this is the first game I ever made, I know it's kinda sucky but please be kind.
*NOTE* - Don't complain to me about not being able to save your highscore!!! that function will be added to troidz 2.0.
-Sorry about the lack of sounds :(
-Apparently, there is a glitch with the background color if you use firefox. This only occurred when it was submitted to ng. I hope to fix this in Troidz 2.0.
here is a list of features I am thinking of adding to 2.0 (I will take good suggestions for new features as well):
-actual music
-multiple levels
-multiple difficulty settings
-more enemy types
-bosses (Giant circles, anyone, hmm? :) )
Anyway... I hope you have a little fun playing my first ever flash game.
P.S. Can you beat my own highscore? It's 815 points, and no, I didn't cheat (there are no cheats)

An okay version a great game.
In this short game, a remake of games like Asteriods, you control a little ship and try to shoot at little circles all while avoiding being touched by them. This is based on a very classic game - and when doing such a thing, I would recommend that you try your best at trying to bring something new to the game - adding your own sense of being for it. In future versions, I would want to see multiple levels and the use of sound effects. Also, having the option of choosing your controls would be nice.

I agree with casino jack if you add a few more things to it, it will be a very good game indeed. Good so far though, hope u carry on with it.

A good start
I can see the beginnings of a very fun game here, so I've written up a couple of suggestions (Some of which have probably been said already):
-Sounds and music (Don't forget a mute button)
-Lives/health
-Ship starts in centre
-Ship should be more responsive (move faster!)
-Less enemies on screen at once
-More varied enemies (ones that shoot, follow you, explode into more enemies when shot, etc)
-Special powers/add ons (more varied weapons, etc)
-Increasing difficulty over time (more/faster/stronger enemies)
Best of luck
I have been thinking about adding in most of the things you suggested before. But thank you for acually caring enough to help me out here.

i dont know about giant corcle bosses......
you can do better than that how about spinning stars some 5 vertices some 6 verticies and then a square boss this is a cool first flash so keep making it more gangsta
I didn't mean specifically all of the bosses would be giant circles, but your idea is preety good. Imagine a giant double spinning star thingy that shoots little star thingies at you, While you're trying to dodge The giant star that's always following you, and trying to shoot around a protective halo encircling it. Ooh, man you just gave soo many ideas, I gotta work on it right now! :)
