Very Jet Set Radio Future-esque
Great video. It reminded me a lot of Jet Set Radio Future between the futuristic skating, the graffiti opener, and the trails they left as they skated. Now we just need some kind of story. Ok, so both these kids are wanderers and race through the city. Is that it? Is there any conflict, or is it just eye candy?

Amazing
The framerate was a little too low, in my opinion, but the drawings are amazing! You managed to keep the smooth look of Flash, yet still have that classic look of hand-drawn animations.
And that Newgrounds intro is absolutely amazing... Possibly the best I've ever seen.
You've got skills.
