***Thanks for the great reviews!!!! I added some Tips at the bottom.
***Updates--- I made the Easy mode easier and eliminated the archer stacking on towers. Now you can only place 1 archer per tower.

Defend your japanese town from hordes of enemies trying to destroy it. The bad guys will try to burn down your castle. You should send the villagers to extinguish the fires.

Create your units in the castle and upgrade them if you want them to be more powerful. You can also upgrade more stuff on the four central buildings of your town. Each type of unit has an advantage and disadvantage over others. For example if you place an archer on top of a tower, his power increases.

To select a unit click on it or drag the mouse to select a group of units. You can scroll to the left using A or Left Arrow and to the right using S or Right Arrow.

If the game gets slow try removing the dead bodies pressing the button. You can also toggle the quality pressing Q.

I hope you enjoy the game :)

****TIPS
Here are some tips that will help you in the game:

---Place your archers on top of towers, they will have more power and can only be hit by other archers or if the tower is set to fire.

---If something is on fire send a villager to extinguish the fire.

---Upgraded troops almost always will beat lower rank troops. Try to upgrade them, specially the weapons at the Blacksmith Shop.

"Pretty Easy..."

My only problem with this game is that the archers are extremely overpowered. All one has to do in order to walk away and let the game play itself is pop out a bunch of archers, upgrade a couple of them and walk away. I actually went and made a snack while the game was going. When I came back all of my archers were still machine gunning things to death.

On the upside I liked how, occasionally, one of my archers would shoot someone in half. Its always rewarding when that happens. But shooting things in half with a bow and arrow is paltry recompense for such terrible game mechanics. I had a hard time controlling my units; getting them on and off towers is a bitch, clicking once for multiple units is silly, and I found myself getting angry when one of my swordsman would wonder off for pretty much no reason.

Keep it up though mate.

"Pretty easy"

All I had to do was build archers at the beginning, like 20 of them or so and i just watched myself win the game. Only had to replace them every once in a while. It was easy but still alright.

"it's a good concept..."

but seriously, the control system sucks. Being able to select multiple units with one click is an awful idea. Instead of clicking to put an archer on or off a tower, a better idea would be to have a "climb on tower" and "get off tower" function. But otherwise it was still an ok game.

"It was fun."

It was a pretty good strategy kind of defense game and I also love games where you get to command troops! They are so much fun!

"TOO HARD!!!!!"

Everything but how even the easy mode is hard was good. My oppinion is mostly based on hardness, and easiness, so I would have a bigger score for something else.
