A short film which takes place in a bizarre sort of city where nothing makes sense. T'was made for a film & TV assignment which is due tomorrow, thus the rushed ending. The music is a bit skippy in some parts because I have streamed it and since streaming don't work over multiple scenes; I had to cut the music up for each scene, it's really only noticeable in one part.

All animation by me, all music by me; compliments of Macromedia Flash 8, and Fruity loops 7.

Reviews are very welcome, and encouraged. Happy viewing.

your animation skillz are def awsome.

Funny/Silly

Nice and happy and cheery. Not bad animation and art.

hempf

good graphics but stupid argument

WADEMACHINE responds:

I don't know what argument you're referring to.

Hey man that was strange

Very complex for my head :S
I liked the first scene with the car over the city cooooll :B.

good job

OK lol, you kinda tripped at that guy for saying it was unreal, hehe, but anyway, that was my favorite part about it -- the surrealness. :) Who wants to see realistic mumbojumbo? If I wanted to see realistic I'd look out the window! I want fantasy, the strange, the weird, the unknown, and this animation gave me plenty of strangeness. :)

Was the "3d effect" of the car in the beginning of the animation some sort of requirement from the teacher? Just a guess. :P I liked the movement of the cat sitting on the wall, and how the elements behind him moved as you panned the view.

Particularly, I liked the music. :P Just the end though, around the time the train shows up. :) Reminded me of some 8-bit game music or something, was quite soothing. ;)

Hope to see a longer submission or two from you in the future.

WADEMACHINE responds:

The 3D effect was not a requirement, just something I've been experimenting with as of late. I'm more of a musician than an animator so thanks for the kind words towards it.
