A score of 3.29 is good, experimental or otherwise.
I like this Flash, it is exactly my humor style - very subtle and dry. There is a slight point to the conversation - namely wanting to sit down on the bench - and, because of your writing, it was fleshed out from a relatively dull subject into a quite lengthy and interesting conversation. There isn't really any jokes, the humor is in the dialogue being very "human" and spoken in a natural way, which goes back to my point about subtlety.
The artwork was flat, basic and simple. This makes the attention focused on the audio, which is what the Flash relies on. I also like how you redrew the still characters two or three times in a Movieclip so the outline has a little "wiggle"; it makes it less like a picture and the Tweened clouds also helped.
All in all, nice experiment, and do ignore the jerk a few reviews down - not even any constructive criticism from him. You are getting better and better, and I would like to see more shorts from you. 5/5.
