"Semi-hard?"
I guess you were trying to imitate the original "B movie" (lol) by StrawberryClock, but this didn't come off as being entertaining. I suggest that you should type out "Happy C-Day" to make it look nicer. I think there are some better techniques for clock drawing, although admittedly it was a good circle. It also needed some music, because a single screen can get a bit tired looking. I would've liked some action or a punchline as I couldn't find any in this. Nonetheless, I guess you have done the Clock Crew good with this.
