The authors probably get a lot of their friends to vote 5's on it until it passes judgement. My guess is that the next thing is to schedule regular maintainence (voting) to keep it from getting blammed. That benefits them in two ways, one, they get to keep their bad flash on the site, and two, their friends all get save points for voting 5 on it. But again this is just a theory, but I've probably hit the nail on the head.... Oh, Right! I was supposed to review this, um... This is a waste of time, There, I'm done.
