I know you've submitted loads of these and out of all of them, this has got to be the worst. You know, I've never seen someone wear an eye glass and top hat in England, instead you'll find most of the streets littered with chavs and drunks.

OK, that was a looped movie clip and song with a cheap laugh. Sorry, a proper flash movie has to have a purpose besides spamming the NG flash portal and showing off your (lack of) skills. This is a waste of 1.2 seconds of your life if you're smart like me, or 12 seconds if you're not.
However, it still passed without mass voting. There must be an audience for this!
