how do you make it so the legs move when you use the left and the right key?

whats the scripting to make a animation occur after pressing something like left and right???

}
if (Key.isDown(37)) {
this.gotoAndStop(2);
this._x -= 5;
_xscale = -scale;
}
if (Key.isDown(37) == false && Key.isDown(39) == false) {
this.gotoAndStop(1);
}

Put that actionscript on whatever u want to move

Inside of the movieclip, on frame 1, just have it standing
Inside of the movieclip, on frame 2, have a walking animation

That's what I used at least
