This unfinished, abandoned game is created about a year ago coded using AS2. Since I just wanted to test out the physics, I didn't optimize the code nor create any appropriate classes for the game objects, therefore the game runs a bit slow.

So far, this game has no scoring, AI, theme or anything. It's just straight up pool. You might as well can call it an "engine".

Fantastic approach

"This unfinished, abandoned game is created about a year ago coded using AS2. Since I just wanted to test out the physics..." you idiots need to read what they say.

And Thomas, good "engine" i really like it :)you should do something with it. it has alot of potential. You should continute to work on it, add some ai, music, scoring, and keyboard controls :) i personally found it fun to figure out, after i shoot the ball, to try to determine which was the one that is used to shoot. haha very great idea i give it a 7/10 after all, you did explain why there was no color to these rtards :)

Could be better

yea, like the other people said MAKE THE BALLS DIFFERENT COLORS! haha it was kinda confusing. And maybe add a menu and some instructions. But it has great potential. Nice work!

Color the balls

yellow, blue, red, purple, orange, green, dark red, black

Nice

Potentially a great game. The non-coloured balls were a bit confusing, and there was no "RACK 'EM" button to reset the balls once they've all been potted. I'd agree to the two-player option or A.I. I read in an earlier review. Also, if there's a way to increase the amount of roll a little bit. As it is the table performs as though it were sticky, a bit like playing on an old pub table after someone has spilled a few drinks on it. These are the only things I found and they're minor details. All in all, wonderful work and I'd love to see it finished. Any thoughts to different table shapes?
