As this is your second submission, maybe you could get off for once. The song seemed to be more about explosive maniacs than birthdays though. Good attempt, but try to improve tweening.

Loving the song, and all of its awesomeness. They way you were able to lip-sync was all right, and it was in general, a pretty smooth animation. It would've been better if it was in color, but this was pretty good.
