"I like!!!"
This reminds me so much of the good old cartoons (like Tom and Jerry). Very classic, but also very good. You have good talent, and the characters really showed themselves: Clyde, an rough and "obesely challenged" pug (who makes me think he's from Brooklyn, somehow), and Erwin, a sly cat (as you can see from when he cheats in the race). Overall, I must say I enjoyed this cartoon. All my fives!!!

I really liked the look and feel of this cartoon. Unfortunately, I didn't really enjoy the writing. You've definitely got some talent for art, though, so keep it up!
