Room to Improve

A couple of things that could have made this game a lot better.

1.) Sync the buttons with the music, I really didn't feel a sense of rhythm, I just felt like I was pushing buttons for no reason, the music didn't stop when I missed a note. There isn't really anything that lets me know if I hit the note, missed the note. I feel like I could just sit there and listen to the song, If I miss a bunch of notes, I wouldn't just fail.

2.) Long notes, solos, bonuses, and power ups. Where are the long notes, where are the face melting solos, where are the power ups if any, I don't get a bonus if I hit notes in succession, I remember playing through one of the songs, it felt like it was never ending, and I look at my score and I never even reached 1,000.

3.) Better animation. Even though I was looking at the side of the game to watch the notes, every so often I looked at the character I chose and he was just standing there strumming the guitar. No facial expression, no sense of emotion.

this is nothing like guitar hero

I will give you a 5 for effort, but its all wrong. There is no coordination between the notes on the fret board and the music. It could be great, buts its laggy and feels wrong. I played thru the whole first song on hardcore and it was like hard on guitar hero, maybe even medium-hard to be more descriptive. This needs some fine tuning and I think could be great, but as it stands now, it isn't fun. Keep messing with it and I am sure it will develope.
