"Good choice of music, but timing was off"

I liked the control scheme, and I really liked the selection of music, but the notes showing up onscreen seemed to be completely independent of the background music at times. Big Blue was probably timed the best, but even it had its moments where my eyes and ears were waging a war over when to hit the spacebar.

Let's put it this way, I scored about 1.5 times as much with the sound muted entirely. And I'm a very slow learner at rhythm games, so you can't just say I got better :P

One of the reasons Guitar Hero felt intuitive was because the frets scrolling down the screen were actual beats instead of just decoration, which helps the player a bit -- but more importantly that tactic can also help you as a programmer to place your notes more accurately by subdivision instead of by ear.

I LOVED THE METAL-NESS! Many people are being pussies about the controls, but I loved it! It felt it to be more realistic. The only thing that this control scheme lacks is two note chords, but that isn't exactly something that is necessary. I was amazed at the length of the songs in comparison to other guitar games on Newgrounds. You should put real songs on this game, or possibly just more songs like this. I would love to see a second version of this game!
P.S. To cater to the faggots who can't use the mouse to hit the notes, you could just put a second control scheme for them. The only problem I ever had with the mouse was that when I moved it, my mouse continually moved upward on the screen. It is possible to remove the mouse from the screen? If so, that'd be sweet.

its really really good but it needs 3 things keys like a s d f g h to use instead of space bar and more songs and harder

it was pretty good
the music was way off though
i didn't mind the style of the mouse but you should make the notes bigger and bigger selection of music but good job cant wait for the next one.
