This is my first submission to Newgrounds, but not necessarily the first time I've been using Flash. Which also explains why I picked a scene from a game for testing purposes, and it's not meant to be long either. I know it's not perfect, and the running animation sucks, but I'll try to have it fixed if I need to use it for future animations. I've also included some bonuses and extras for your viewing pleasure.
I've called this "At the Gates of Hell" because of the red lighting inside the reactor scenes, which made me think of hell.
My computer RAM is crappy, so if the file size is a bit large or I didn't manage to fix some frames because they were too fast (or slow), you can blame them on my computer not being able to run faster than 4-8 fps most of the time. Don't worry; I'm planning to fix that problem soon.
EDIT: Yes, I know this lacks voice acting, but the reason I didn't include them was because I didn't think it was worth going out of my way to ask people to voice act just one or two lines. Again, this submission wasn't meant to be long.
EDIT2: Aw crap, I just realized that should be "Masashi Kishimoto", not "Misashi Kishimoto". Ugh. Sorry.

the graphics we outstanding and i loved the character design! try to make the animation a bit more crisp in your next one, as some parts where a bit jaggedy, like the hand going to the sword. i know its hard as i've tryed making a flash before, and failed miserably, but still you have a great talent at drawing. some sound effects are a bit odd, but others are great. the only thing that i didnt really like about it is no voice actors! it woulda made it awesome! more so then it already is! when you first see the subtitle you straight away expect a voice but are a bit dissappointed that it was only subtitles:( but you have stated that in your comments, so i understand why. anyway excellent job for a first entry and i look forward to setting my eyes on more of your work!:D

I had a tough time finding the exact sound effects I wanted. I was going to replace the sound effect where Sephiroth grabs Tifa's hand with a hollow punch sound that sounded a lot more cooler like from Ehrgeiz or something, but I couldn't find something that sounded like it. Or I'm looking in the wrong section. If you know a website that has these cooler sound effects for free, please link me to it. I'll also try to improve on sound integration into flash animations.

Excellent artwork, although some of the animation was questionable. interesting story, to say the least. work on your animation, especially the running part, and try to find sound effects with a bit more quality. i'm sorry, i'm being really critical, all the effort you put into this is definitely showing through. you're quite an artist, to say the least. keep 'em coming mate :).
