EDIT: Holy cow! Daily 3rd! Jeez. That's amazing. I more expected turd of the week or something. ^^ Just kidding. I didn't think it was THAT bad. Well, let's hope I'll be able to get daily 1st or front page at some point. Thanks everyone! :)

HI! This is my longest and best (hopefully) submission yet. I've been working on it for some time now, and I like the results. I would've made it longer, but the music and sound was starting to be out of sync, and it was taking three minutes just to test the stupid thing.

I haven't submitted to NG in a while, and I decided to come back with a BANG! (A small bang perhaps, but a bang nonetheless.) This is my first submission where I actually made and motion tweened the arms, legs and head separately. This animation is played at 24 fps, there are 46 items in the library, (including music and sound effects) it's 8610 frames long and there are 28 layers. I really hope you enjoy this. And for those of you on NG that don't understand this sort of language, W007 my 4n1m w1|| pnw 4|| ur5 u n00b5 u c4n7 b347 m3 1 0wn u 4|| cuz 1 m 4w50m. (even though your animation probably pwn all mine) :)

Wow!

Amazing! FAntastic! Alessandra and I loved it!

trekopep responds:

Cool! I'm glad you liked it!

I like your fight style.

These fight scenes were really cool, the whole idea of charging up your powers I have always found amusing. I liked the main character, I found it interesting that he didn't have an upper body. The animation was excellent and the music set the mood of the flash perfectly. So, it's been almost two years, when is Blackout Part Two going to arrive? I'm looking forward to it. Keep up the great work!

trekopep responds:

Thanks! Yeah, I procrastinate WAY too much. But the good thing about that is that when Part 2 comes out, it'll be even more of an improvement from part 1! Hopefully it'll come out soon, though there's a game I'm making that will probably come out first.

Also, the main character not having an upper body makes him more stylish, and easier to animate! Horray, it's a win-win!

Thanks for the review!

Nice!

Hey man, it's K-Guare from MindFeed :]
Just checkin' out your flashes cause you seemed
like a pretty cool person, and,
come to find i really really liked this.
As the movie progresses the animation gets a lot better,
and the Turn Based part at the end was not
only hilarious, but it kept me at the edge of my seat as well.

Great job with this, i would love to watch, or even
contribute to a part 2 of this series.
Keep up the good work :]
K-Guare.

Hey, thanks for the review!

Although I think I'll probably keep working (or whatever you'd call it. Maybe procrastinating) on Blackout 2 alone, I wouldn't mind collaborating with you on something else if you want.

This was the first animation where I actually animated different parts of a character's body. I had a lot of fun making it, and it probably would've been longer, but it was getting a little long. :P

The graphics in the next one are a hundred (yes, EXACTLY one-hundred) times better than in this one. There's also a decent (hopefully) storyline and faster action. A bunch of new characters, too.

A few people thought the ending at volcano bridge was stupid, but others thought it was great, so I'm happy I included it.

Thanks for the review, K-Guare! Send me a PM if you have an idea or want to work on something! :D

great

this would make a great game especially the water level taht looked like it could be a fun game

trekopep responds:

I've been working on a game for a while. It's coming along quite nicely, although I'm working on something different now. I never thought about making a water level like the one in this animation. The game isn't going to follow the storyline of the movies, but I hope it turns out good anyways. Thanks for the review!

i like it

i love this won a daily :3

trekopep responds:

Yay! :D
