"Good Idea."

At first glance, another DDR type game. However, the story mode was a really nice idea and made it interesting. I also loved the movie this game's idea originated from, so that probably made me enjoy taking that devilish green pick for myself even more, muahaha! I also enjoyed the secrets after unlocking them as well, always love getting fun little bonuses like that as a reward!
The loss of 2 stars was for two reasons.
First off, I personally found it way too easy to beat. I went through and beat it all on the first try and never got to see a screen telling me I wasn't hardcore enough or anything like that. So a difficulty setting or atleast faster arrows or something to make it a bit more challenging or flexibility in difficulty would've made it more enjoyable, in my opinion.
The second was that some of the songs weren't very fitting. Specifically the song used for the angry face pick. That seemed very random and didn't fit the 'Rock' scheme at all, in my opinion. I also just personally didn't really like the song, making me just want that level to end, rather than enjoying that one. The second bit of that was just opinion though, so that wasn't counted against you, the loss of star was strictly because it didn't seem to fit the scheme and because some of the others I just think could've been more enjoyable with different songs. I would've counted off more for this, but I understand that you used the Audio Portal and were limited in selection. (I also would've preferred Tenacious D songs to make it even moreso fitting, but as you said above, rules are rules..)
Overall though, a good game with a good idea and I enjoyed playing it and unlocking the secrets. Thanks for making it and sharing it for us to play! My rating might've been a bit nit-picky, but please don't let that discourage you, or any viewers from giving it a try. I enjoyed this game. It's definitely a great idea, I just think it could use a few extras before earning a full 10.
