And I only watched the first 30 seconds or so. First of all, the title is spelt wrong, it's not Charater, it's Character. 2nd, you could at least get rid of the dark green background from the sprites, all you did was copy from the spritesheet, and use the "Bucket" tool to get rid of the dark green background from OUTSIDE the sprite. 3rd, the characters are very shakey, it's like they are having a sugar buzz. You could do better.

"Not enough."
There just wasn't enough in this. It was short, there was little animation, and some of it didn't even make sense. I haven't seen the first ones so maybe that's it, but you should make a 'On the previous character battle...' thing o that people get it. I didn't understand the 'this should clear things up.' It was just Naruto getting kicked or something.
