I never watched any of the other's past the end, but this movie just felt different when I watched it, so I decided to finish it all the way through.
The really f***ing crazy thing is, when the camera started following him in the water, I KNEW White couldn't have died, it was just against everything I was taught about movies/animations. And next a knew, White goes animated character!
