I added a high scores system to the original Orbital game as some people requested the feature. For those of you who are new and haven't checked it out yet, it's pretty simple you just collect orbs of the same color as yours and then evolve to the next color.

I was playing the original Orbital thinking that there really should be a high score board and then I come upon this. Boy, was I delighted. This a great and addictive game, albeit a simple concept.

The game is simple, easy to understand and fun. The only thing. Next time put a life bar. You know like 3 hits and your out? That sort of thing. Other than that it was good.

Dude, ive played this game for a long time. like, months before u posted the highscore version, i was playing this all the time :P then i had a little break. But one day i got an email from newgrounds with this game "orbital - high scores" and i was like "omg highscores on THAT game?!?!" and then i was addictedd again. i love this game, love the music, everything. good job :)

I can't believe I didn't review this submission sooner! I was so addicted that I didn't have the time to exit the program and type this! Where can I start.. the sound (meaning the song and the ball effects) were superb, the song has a very soothing, yet adrenaline rushing effect. The addiction of this game is overwhelming, and I'm almost afraid to go back to it. The highscores don't seem too hard to beat, but I can never seem to get on them, because I always mess up, trying to get the best speed bonus. I congratulate you on a game well done.

Damn, I was getting a good high score when I tried to repost¡ition the mouse and... lost horribly. would you add a "stop action" button??? paleeez? Hey, a very good, simple and ADDICTING GAME. The sound can be bettar anyway something like different random sounds or different sound for a different color, I think. But overally it was really fun to play. Keep it up!!!
You can actually pause the game by just clicking the mouse button. Then you can unpause it by clicking on your orb.
