:Review:
The animation in this flash is spot on with superb voice acting! I happen to be a victim of that frenzy known as Katrina, and was unsure if I'd find anything here on NG that was related to it... I also thought the jokes were intensely funny, although politically influenced. I'm not sure what the content of this movie was attempting to illustrate beyond former president George W. Bushes failures, but it worked well.
:Improvements:
The only reason I didn't give this a 10/10 was because of a lack of music. I think this plays an important role in keeping an audiences attention. Otherwise I have no complaints.
:Across The Board:
A flash definitely worth viewing! Especially since a Katrina victim such as myself can truly enjoy it. Good work mate.
