Author Comments

Grey and Jacquo can't stand one of the cartoons Plum enjoys to watch and set out to do better, but can they?

This is our longest episode yet, and we feel it is packed with a solid amount of variety. Hope you guys enjoy it.

slightly comical

The movie was as state in a whole a bit boring. Although I did enjoy the outside indirect references the movie didn't have enough direct humour or interesting content to have much staying power. I look forward to sequel to this promising idea for a toon. I say goo day!

The pacing was as slow as molasses.

Could the pacing of this cartoon be any slower? If your cartoon is dialogue-heavy, you better have some pretty funny drawings to compensate for the lack of movement. The poses they were doing weren't the least bit funny to me and they weren't really specific to any character. I suggest a technique used in cartoons that eventually develops into full fluid cartoon acting. It's called POSE TO POSE. What this method does is where a character does dramatic movements and holds that position, then moves to another position very quickly, best used to potray a "dramatic" scene. It can also be used in a short like this. Careful not to make the poses too wild though, or it will seem like your characters are flailing around. Character acting is very important, so be sure to find things and traits that will distinguish your characters even more.

giggas responds:

Hope you're not talking about the Crapfest scene in particular because if you are, I think you missed the point of this short.

As for your "pose to pose" comments... we went to animation school, man. Degrees in this stuff. :)

WOW

man when i seen that it was Shamoozal i thought to my self "Yes this is the same show that did that really good ninja episode". then i hit play just to see you pissing and moaning about a tv show "That is ALOT better and ALOT funnier than this one" im sorry i LOVED your past work but to use your talent to seek revenge on your apparent "dick envy" ... if i had the talent that you have i would keep along the path you where heading down not "hating" on something else to try and get more ppl to like you

but then again its America.

So to recap: Your good But dont waist your talent on "dick envy"
