You did fantastic. I could of asked only to add three more options:
Ctrl+Y (or make a section at the top called Edit and put a button saying Redo Ctrl+Y)
Ctrl+Z (or add to the Edit section a button called Undo that reads Ctrl+Z at the side)
Edit Colors (in Fill and Pen Mode, add Edit Colors button (possibly a rainbow that under it says Edit Colors) that lets you make your own RGB)).
You don't have to but that would be awesome!

see all you need is to belive in your ideas and i say your ideas make this awsome! its just like normal paint except its flash
