No, this does not mean anything about tight green clothes and fairies... but the pan instead refers to the only movement of the "camera" throughout the whole film. If you look hard enough you should also be able to locate a hidden Easter Egg... but only if you wait for it.

At first the movie was really dragging and not much was happening but when the mouse cursor came up it started getting funny as hell and that end was hilarous,great stuff. =)
