Freakin' Sweet!!!

I was a little leery at first. Most of the other zombie games on newgrounds are kinda cheesy, but this kicked ass! I love the variation of zombie types, and the fact that you actually have to apply a little strategy in how you take them down. Well fucking done my friend!!

There have been many zombie shooters but never one like this. It was original in the fact that you had certain amounts of time to pool into finding weaponry, making repairs, or finding survivors.

Graphics- Great. They weren't the sleek graphics of most games but at least your zombies didn't all look the same. They weren't your average green bean colored shirtless zombies with their arms stretched out in an ominous way. (9)

Style- As I said up above there hasn't been a zombie game like this. You came up with some pretty cool and original ideas. (10)

Sound- My speakers weren't overflowing with the sound of zombies groaning and moaning when I shot them. The gunfire sounds were ok. I especially liked the sounds of the bullets hitting the zombies. But no music and that's a downer. (8)

Violence- A zombie shooter without violence? Unheard of. It was gorey and bloody all in the same package. Even if you weren't shooting zombies they were covered in gore, and the piling up of the bodies? Excellent. (10)

Interactivity- It's a game. It's interactive. Nice simple controls that responded correctly and without many flaws. There was a glitch though. When you move and shoot at the same time your gun will not shoot bullets. I can't blame glitches on you. Every game has them. (10)

Humor- It was funny to see the zombies fall down. I liked the way their heads exploded too. (5)

Overall- (10)

* Put at least 4 hours into every action section. It will help you get plenty of everything.
* Survivors are extremely useful! They help you on the feild and increase the amount of repairs and ability to find surviors and weapons.
* Guns that shoot lots of bullets fast or have wide blast range are your friends. Shotguns and machine guns are very useful.
* If you have multiple zombies up against your wall take out a shotgun and start blowing them away. Taking them out with regular guns takes to long and costs you alot in damage.
*When you get about 7 survivors (including yourself) there will be no more room for any others. That means it's time to put 6 hours into repairs and 6 hours into weapon hunting. At least until one of your survivors goes missing.

great game but

i like the game in fact it beats zombie horde 3 in my opinon the only problem is that the game is to short because on day 20 you win but when you restrart you lose all of your weapons which is a pain because i wanted to get all the guns

Buddo the Clown!

I'm usually not into defense games. Not even other zombie defense games. They're just not the sort of thing I enjoy.

This was an exception - you did a phenomenal job. The concept of going out and looking for supplies (and even losing people while on a supply/survivor hunt) added an extra layer of depth that really kept my interest.

There's a lot of tension throughout, and while the journal entries do help lighten the mood to an extent, and there's really no outlet for it.

And then there was the zombie clown. That sort of detail and understanding of your audience will take you very far. Well done!
