Well, like some of the others before me said -- don't submit something that isn't finished. If it gets blammed, then you have a rep for submitting crap, and people might be less inclined to view your stuff later.

That said, you have some good artwork here. I'd like to see some frame-by-frame from you, with artwork like this.
And maybe something with a little higher quality music. If you're into video game themes, there are sometimes CDs offered for various games, with the original music in symphonic form. Those would be very awesome.

It was very well done. The running legs weren't perfect but who's asking for perfection? One issue, however, is exactly how short it is. I understand you're still working on it but it just stops so suddenly. It depresses me. Can't wait to see the final product though.
