This is a beautiful peice that definately deserves to stay on Newgrounds seroius shorts collection. To me in my personal opinion you've chosen a perfect title that suites the story I've obsereved in depth and deatail the story's perspective. Basically the title pretty much explains the stroy situation, A mysterious man watches a beautiful young woman conversing in a phone booth then we see him break down not insanely or anything like that but in a heart broken sense. We see the woman smiling at this gloomy figure who then proceeds to walk on, We then see a police car curve around and stopping at the man's side, The officers then inform the man to drop his weapon which then the man takes it out of his trench coat and points it at the officers. Then in a blik of an eye the police take the man down using leathal force, We then see the young woman from the phone booth taken to the side of the police car where they make her sit then we see her and an officer's arm in a unique picture still and thus ends this tragic tale. Now I've mentioned before that the title "IF" was a unique name that suits the story because, When we look at the characters reactions from each other and the situations they were placed in you pretty much feel a sense, a presense in this film that give you a what if felling in the back of our minds, a perfect example: What if the man did drop his weapon? Would the situations with the officers go easy? Then what will the man be charged with if he was apprehended alive? That is what I find so appealing to this movie. I'm giving you a perfect 10/10 and a 5/5. I hope you make more serious shorts in your bright future.

i love this short so much... the music, the animation... especially the artwork at the end... really amazing... two thumbs up!

My only dispute lies with the music selection. It could have been a lot more moody but it stands to reason that I should admit that what you did select works. Great visuals and wonderfully ocestrated. Just watchintg him tear up while he watched her in the phone booth was trully majestic. Great job.
